This morning my dogs woke me up and for good reasons my lower barn was on fire. I’m a little loss for words at this time but I want to thank the Floyd county fire department for there help.

i was bored this morning before everyone else wakes, so i started hitting the "next blog" button at the top of the screen that i've never used.
it landed me here and the reality of community washed over me. i'm here sipping tea and you're there wondering how to pick up the pieces from a devestating fire.
all i can say is that, though it's strange to walk in on a person as they're grieving, know that nonetheless my heart is wrenched for you and for the unbalanced host of events that are taking place in the world as we speak. life's not fair, as they say. i guess that's why we're all here - to support one another when we're having a good day and they're having a bad.
it's good to remember i'm not the only one in the world - i can become so selfish sometimes.
my prayers are on you this morning.
