Yesterday I went to see “War of the Worlds” the new Spielberg movie. It was not E.T. I left the movie theater feeling much like I did when I saw “Saving Private Ryan”. It was a good movie, very well done but it did not leave me feeling good. It made me wonder how I would react in that type of situation. Would I retain my civilized ways or revert to my more animal side. War is the ultimate test of true beliefs and character. I am thankful I have not had to face that test.
